And a small accessory shelf: a grounding rod for outdoor use, an extension cord, and a plug adapter, all inexpensive add-ons.
Every item carries a struck-through "compare at" price roughly double the selling price. As of this review the site advertises up to 67% off plus a free mat. Every product page, bundle and collection view carries the same struck-through anchor, so the higher number reads as a reference point rather than a price anyone has actually paid, and permanent "sale" pricing like this is a pattern worth recognizing across the category.

GroundingWell states on its homepage that it has served more than 900,000 customers at a 4.9 out of 5 average. That's the company's own figure, self-reported, and it does not match the independent rating below.

Ninety days, full refund, and the site's exact wording is that if you don't feel a difference you can send it back for a complete refund with "no hassles, no fine print." They also advertise free worldwide shipping with customs and duties included, and a support reply within 24 hours.
On materials, both the band and the fitted sheet are listed as 95% organic cotton and 5% conductive silver woven fabric. One discrepancy is worth flagging. At least one Amazon listing for GroundingWell sheets advertises 20% silver fiber and 80% organic cotton right in the product title. The brand's own site says 5%. When a spec appears twice with different numbers, believe the one the manufacturer publishes on its own page.
What buyers actually report
GroundingWell holds a 4.0 TrustScore on Trustpilot across roughly 3,964 reviews. The distribution matters more than the average. Sixty percent are five-star. Twenty percent are one-star. Only about 20% sit in the three middle bands combined.

More restrictive than standard bedding, and skipping the rules will kill the conductivity. Hand wash, or machine wash gentle on cold. Air dry only. No tumble dryer, no iron, no bleach, no fabric softener, no dryer sheets, no whitening or oxi detergents, no oils. GroundingWell also recommends waiting an hour after applying lotion before contact with the fabric.

A 90-day no-questions-asked guarantee is only worth what the company's willingness to honor it is worth, and on that specific point GroundingWell has a paper trail that should slow you down. One in five reviewers leaving a single star, 60 BBB complaints closed without the customer accepting the outcome, and a pattern of unanswered refund emails add up to a guarantee I'd describe as conditional rather than unconditional.
Buy the mat if you want a cheap, low-stakes way in. Buy the fitted sheet only if the price beats GroundLuxe by enough to compensate for the support risk, and pay with a card that will fight for you.
